摘要
随着江苏沿海开发战略的实施,航运业也得到快速发展,使得航运人才备受关注,但目前为止还没有一套科学的评价方法对其综合素质进行评价。通过考察与航运人才综合素质相关的所有因素,针对航运人才的特点,采用层次分析法(AHP)对其进行定量与定性相结合的综合评价,具有现实意义,有利于航运院校、教师的教育教学改革及江苏沿海开发事业的蓬勃发展。
With the implementation of the strategy of Jiangsu coastal development and the fast shipping development in china,shipping professionals have already been paid much attention to.But so far there is not a scientific assessment method which can appraise the comprehensive quality of shipping professionals.After analyzing different related factors and characteristic of shipping professionals,the AHP Model of the integrated quality of shipping professionals has been established.At the same time,based on this model the comprehensive quality of shipping professionals has been qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed.The application of this model does good to education reform of shipping colleges,teachers and shipping development.It also promotes Jiangsu coastal development.
