摘要
全球资源与气候环境的变化使低碳经济已成为各国经济发展的必然选择,作为世界最大的CO2排放国,中国面临着巨大的减排压力。而甘肃省作为我国传统的资源型工业地区和经济发展相对落后地区,如何在保证经济发展的同时实现节能减排的目标,是其必须解决的重大问题。本文在构建包含低碳指标的工业产业发展评价指标体系的基础上,运用Weaver-Thomas模型,对甘肃省工业产业在低碳约束下的发展能力进行了分析与评价,并依此对其工业产业未来的发展路径进行了探讨。
Low-carbon economy has become the inevitable choice of the economic development for global resources and climate changes all over the world.China has been the largest CO2 emitter in the world and is facing tremendous pressure to reduce emissions.Gansu as traditional industrial and relatively backward regions,how to ensure the economic development of emissions-reduction targets at the same time,is the major issues that must be addressed.The thesis constructs the evaluation index system which contains low-carbon indexes,by Weaver-Thomas model,analyses and estimates the Industrial development under low-carbon constraints in Gansu,as a basis for discussing the future path of industrial development.
