摘要
基于高职院校辅导员工作动力现状,在分析影响辅导员工作动力因素的基础上,提出从宏观、中观、微观三个维度构建辅导员工作动力机制.研究表明,政策导向机制是辅导员工作强劲的引导力,科学工作机制是辅导员工作切实的保障力,自我激励机制是辅导员工作不竭的内驱力.
Based on current situation of counselor＇s work motivation in higher vocational colleges and influ-encing factors, this paper puts forward to build motivation mechanism of counselor＇s work from macroscop-ic, middle and microcosmic perspective. Results show that policy orientation mechanism is strong leading force, scientific working mechanism is cogent guarantee and self-motivation mechanism is continual drive.
