摘要
目的探究氨溴索对食道癌患者围术期的肺保护作用。方法选取我院胸外科收治的食道癌行手术治疗的患者160例,随机分为实验组与对照组,每组80例。实验组在围术期静脉滴注盐酸氨溴索,2 mg/kg,1次/d,而对照组则不予氨溴索干预。比较分析两组手术后肺部并发症的发生情况、手术前后血气分析的变化以及住院时间的长短。结果手术后实验组的肺部并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);手术前后对比血气分析数据,实验组的PaO2及PaCO2改善情况明显好于对照组(P<0.05);实验组的住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05),提示治疗效果优于对照组。结论对于食道癌患者,在围术期应用氨溴索能对肺部起到较好的保护作用,减少肺部并发症的发生率,改善肺功能,缩短住院时间,提高临床疗效,减轻患者经济负担。
Objective To explore the perioperative protection effects of ambroxol on lungs of patients with esophageal cancer. Methods 160 cases of esophageal cancer that received surgical treatment in the department of thoracic surgery in our hospital were selected out and randomly divided into experimental and control groups with 80 ones in each group. The experimental group received the perioperative intravenous injection with ambroxol（2 mg/kg, once/d） ,while the control group did not receive ambroxol. Comparison was made in the incidence of pulmonary complications, the changes in blood gas analysis before and after the surgery, and the length of hospitalization between the two groups. ResultsAfter the surgery＇, the incidence of pulmonary complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group（ P 〈0.05 ）. The comparison in the data of the blood gas analysis before and after the surgery indicated that the improvement of PaO2 and PaCO2 in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The length of hospitalization in the experimental group was significantly shorter than that in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） , which indicated that the therapeutic efficacy in the former group was superior to that in the latter one. Conclusion As to the patients with esophageal cancer, the use of ambroxol in perioperative period can protect the lung well, reduce pulmonary complications, improve the lung function, shorten the hospital stay, improve the quality of clinical curative effect, and ease the economic burden of the patients.
