摘要
从工艺背景、流程和技术特点3个方面介绍了国内外几种典型的低阶煤气体载热低温干馏工艺,分析对比了4种高温气体热载体:高温烟道气、焦炉煤气、合成气和N2的干馏特性和对煤气热值的影响,探讨了低阶煤气体载热低温干馏工艺的发展趋势。
Introduced the typical technology of low-temperature pyrolysis with gas heat carrier from three aspects of technological background, process and characteristic in home and abroad;Analysed and compared four gas heat carrier: high-temperature flue gas, coke oven gas, synthesis gas and nitrogen,which effect of the pyrolysis characteristics and calorific value of gas; Finally,dis- cussed the development trend of low-temperature pyrolysis with gas heat carrier.
