摘要
分析了抚顺式干馏炉低温干馏生产工艺、炉体各部件及作用,对炉内料层层带状态、影响干馏炉干馏因素进行了讨论。在此基础上针对干馏炉不同火层进行了调整,对油母页岩低温干馏在实际生产中有一定的参考意义。
The Fushun--type dry distillation stove has mature technology and its own characteristics. This paper not only introduces its production process, accessory and function, but also analyzes the furnace material layers with the state and to discusses the factors that affect low temperature retorting, so as to adjust different fire layers. Thus it provides certain guiding significance for low-temperature oil retorting of the shale in the actual production.
