摘要
综合客运枢纽信息系统是破解基础设施建设"硬环境"和运营管理"软环境"不平衡发展问题,有效提升各运输方式协同运转能力、提高信息服务水平的重要切入点和关键。梳理各种交通方式围绕枢纽、站场的信息系统发展基础及现状,结合先进典型综合客运枢纽信息系统建设发展调研,总结分析综合客运枢纽信息系统建设发展模式及发展层次阶段,提出推进综合客运枢纽信息系统建设发展的关键是建立一个公共信息平台,推进四个系统融合,并分析可供选择的总体架构方案,以期为我国综合客运枢纽信息系统建设提供借鉴。
Comprehensive passenger hub information system is an important entry point and key to crack unbalanced development issues between infrastructure ＂hard environment＂ and operations management ＂soft environment＂, to improve the collahorative work capacity with various transportation modes and to improve the level of information services.
