摘要
随着铁路旅客运输需求的持续攀升,既有客站管理模式有待改善,建立集约化客站运营管理模式势在必行。介绍铁路客站集约化管理研究现状,以新丰台站为例,从调度指挥、作业组织、旅客服务、应急管理、管理制度、办公生活等方面,阐述客站集约化管理模式思路;以信息化建设为手段,以云技术、物联网、大数据、人工智能、5G、BIM等技术为依托,提出搭建辅助集约系统,辅助建设集约化车站。
With ever higher railway passenger transport demands, the existing passenger station management modes need to be improved, and the establishment of intensive passenger station operation management mode is imperative. This paper looks at the status quo of the studies concerning intensive management of railway passenger stations. Taking new Fengtai Railway Station as an example, it expounds the idea of intensive management of passenger stations from the aspects of traffic control and command, operation organization, passenger service, emergency management, management system and office and living conditions. It takes IT development as means, and uses cloud technology, Internet of Things, big data, artificial intelligence, 5G, BIM and other technologies to put forward the idea of developing an auxiliary intensive system and building intensive stations.
