摘要
以江苏省X高职学院为例,通过分析分层次教学模式的理论依据和在高职院校实施分层次教学的必要性的基本条件,对高职院校英语分层次教学的实践探讨。在分层次教学模式,教师尊重学生在学习中的主体地位,极大地激发了学生学习英语的积极性和主动性,提高了他们英语学习的效率。同时,分层次教学模式的实施也有利于促进教师更新教学理念,有利于实现高职英语教学由重知识型向重能力型的教学模式的转换,促进高职英语教学工作的进一步发展。分层次教学模式的改革应从加强分层次编班的科学性及合理性、创建更为科学的考核方式和加强"双师型"师资队伍建设三方面着手。
By analyzing the theoretical basis and the necessity of implementing the multi-level teaching mode in high vocational school, the paper states the teaching practice of the multi-level teaching mode. The multi-level teaching mode reflects the educational principle of individualized teaching, helps teachers to renew their educational philosophy, realizes the transformation of teaching mode and promotes the development of higher voca- tional English teaching.
