摘要
目的:观察蓝莓复合果汁饮料对实验性兔干眼症模型的缓解效果。方法:新西兰兔30只(60只眼),随机分为空白对照组,模型对照组,蓝莓低、中、高剂量组和阳性对照组,每组5只(10只眼)。除空白对照组外,其余组动物双眼滴0.25%氯霉素滴眼液(每次每眼3滴,每天2次)并适应性喂养3d后切除泪腺制作干眼症模型。手术后第8天起,各组予相应药物进行治疗,连续4周。治疗的同时各组每周进行1次Schirmer I试验、泪膜破裂时间记录及角膜结膜虎红染色情况观察,比较各组结果。结果:各给药组动物Schirmer I试验滤纸湿长度和泪膜破裂时间分别在用药3周及4周后与模型对照组比较显著增加(P<0.05,P<0.01);蓝莓高剂量组在用药2周后、其他给药组在用药3周后虎红染色点数与模型组比较显著减少(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:蓝莓复合果汁饮料对实验性干眼症有改善作用。
Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of compound blueberry juice drink in a rabbit model of xerophthalmia. Methods:Thirty New Zealand rabbits (60 eyes) were randomly and equally divided into blank control group, model control group,low-, middle-, and high- dose treatment groups (to be given compound blueberry juice drink ),and positive control group. In all rats except those in blank control group,0. 25% chloramphenicol eye drops (3 drops/eye) were given to both eyes twice daily,and adaptive feeding was performed for 3 d;then,the lacrimal glands were excised to establish a rabbit model of xerophthalmia. Since the 8th day after operation,the treatment groups received respective treatments for 4 weeks. During treatment,Schirmer I test,recording of tear break - up time ( TBUT), and rose bengal staining of the cornea and conjunctiva were performed in each group once a week, and the results were compared. Results:Compared with the model control group, all treatment groups had a significantly increased moistening length of filter paper in Schirmer I test and a significantly prolonged TBUT after 3 and 4 weeks of treatment (P 〈0. 05 or P 〈0. 01 ) ; the high - dose treatment group had a significantly reduced number of dots stained by rose bengal after 2 weeks of treatment, and other treatment groups had a significantly reduced number of dots stained by rose bengal after 3 weeks of treatment (P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion:Compound blueberry juice drink has therapeutic effect in rabbits with experimental xerophthalmia.
