摘要
对福建高校机构知识库建设的现状、优势和存在的问题进行分析。指出在全省81所高校中只有3所高校建设机构知识库,说明福建高校不重视机构知识库建设,加上资金短缺等客观因素,福建高校构建机构知识库的氛围还未形成。对此,提出建立保障机制、实行合作联盟建设、确保机构资源缴存等建议。
The paper makes an analysis on the status quo, advantages and problems of institutional repository （IR） construction in universities in Fujian, points out that only 3 of 8l universities have built IRs, Which indicates Fujian university thinks little of IR con struetion. At the same time, because of capital shortage and other objective factors, the atmosphere of Fujian university to build IR hasn＇t formed. For this, the paper proposes to establish safeguard mechanism, put cooperation alliance into practice and insure to de posit institutional resources.
