摘要
对香港和台湾地区学术机构知识库的建设状况进行整体调查,在对其进行详细分析的基础上从宏观上探讨了港台地区学术机构知识库的发展特点,提出了大陆地区可资借鉴的措施。
This paper does a whole survey to the condition of the Institutional Repository in Hong Kong and Taiwan, discusses the characteristics of them on the basis of analyzing the Institutional Repository in Hong Kong and Taiwan and, at last, puts forward some measures that can be taken by the China's Mainland.
