摘要
目的探讨多层螺旋CT三维重建在踝关节骨折中的应用价值。方法收集25例踝关节骨折患者的X线和16层螺旋CT三维重建检查的完整影像学资料,观察分析骨折的发生部位及骨折类型,并分析比较二者检查结果,评价CT扫描技术在踝关节骨折类型及术前手术方式选择中的作用。结果螺旋CT三维重建对骨折线的显示明显优于X线平片,并对骨折的分离、移位、关节脱位及周围软组织的损伤也可更准确的显示。结论多层螺旋CT三维重建对于踝关节骨折的诊断价值明显优于X线平片,能够全面、详细、直观地显示骨折情况,对骨折的临床分型及临床治疗方案的选择具有重要参考价值。
Objective To investigate the value of the three-dimensional reconstruction of muhislice CT in ankle fractures. Methods 25 patients of ankle fractures underwent X-ray, Siemens sixteen-slice spiral CT examination. The imaging findings were reviewed retrospectively and compared with X-ray and CT three-dimensional reconstruction examinations, observe the fracture site, fracture type ,joint site. To evaluate the role of CT scanning in the ankle fracture type and preoperative surgical approach selection.Results The spiral CT display of the fracture line was significantly better than the X-ray, and fracture of the separation, displace- ment, dislocation and soft tissue damage could also be more accurate. Conclusion The diagnostic value of muhislice spiral CT with three-dimensional reconstruction for ankle fractures was significantly better than the X-ray, comprehensive, detailed visual display of the fractures. It has important reference value to fractures of the clinical classification and the clinical treatment options.
