摘要
目的探讨右美托咪定在无创通气中的治疗效果。方法选取2010年7月~2013年2月我院综合ICU符合无创通气指针的呼吸衰竭患者64例随机分为两组,两组都给予常规治疗加无创通气治疗,观察组在此基础上加用右美托咪定,比较两组患者对无创通气的依从性以及治疗效果。结果观察组患者依从性更好,治疗效果更好,P〈0.05。结论无创通气治疗加用右美托咪定镇静安全有效,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of using dexmedetomidine in noninvasive ventilation.Methods 64 patients which were treated by noninvasive positive pressure ventilation from July 2010 to February 2013 in our ICU,were divided into two groups randomly.Patients were treated by common treatment and noninvasive ventilation in both two groups,and dexmedetomidine was introduced to sedate in the control group.The compliance of the therapy and the ultimate effects were compared.Results The control group were proved of better compliance and better therapeutic effects（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Using dexmedetomidine to sedate might be effective and safe for patients in noninvasive ventilation therapy.
