摘要 纤维素在地球上分布广泛,其降解过程是自然界碳素循环的中心环节。从东海潮间带分离出一株纤维素降解菌D-2,该菌株严格厌氧菌,呈不规则的球杆状,单个或成簇出现,革兰氏阴性,无鞭毛,不运动。直径约1~3μm。最适生长温度37℃,最适盐浓度20g·L^-1,最适pH为7.0,酵母膏刺激生长。菌株D-2与模式菌株Bacteroides reticulotermitis JCM 10512^T的16SrRNA基因序列相似性为99%。 Cellulose is most widely distributed on earth, and its degradation is central to a natural carbon cycle. A Bacteroides reticulotermitis, strain D-2 ,was isolated from tideland soil of the East China Sea, 0.5 μm × 1 -3μm , obligate anaerobe, occurred in clusters of two to four cells. Strain D-2 grew fastest at 37℃, pH 7.0 ,NaC1 20 g × L^-l ,and with yeast extract. Sequence analysis of 16S rRNA genes showed that it revealed similarities of 99% with Bacteroides reticulotermitis JCM 105127.
