摘要
随着高等教育大众化进程的不断发展,构建和完善高校教学质量保障体系已成为重要课题。当前高校教学质量保障体系存在着教学目标过于狭窄、教学质量评价过于主观化、教学过程监控不平衡、教学内容过于单一、教师队伍结构不合理等问题。我们基于系统性、目标性、持续性等一系列原则,分别从高校教学目标体系、课程体系、师资体系、评价体系等方面提出有针对性的策略,希望能促进高校教学质量的提高。
With the development of the popularization of higher education, to construct and improve the guarantee system of college teaching quality has become an important issue. The current guarantee system of college teaching quality has many problems： the teaching goal is too narrow, the evaluation of teaching quality is too subjective, the teaching process monitoring is unbalanced, the teaching content is too dull, the structure of teacher team is unreasonable, etc. Based on systematic, targeted, persistent principles, we propose targeted strategies from the aspects of the teaching goal system, curriculum system, teacher system, evaluation system, hoping to promote the improvement of teaching quality.
