摘要
近年来,我国软件服务外包行业高速发展,但人才短缺、人才结构不合理等特点已经成为其发展的瓶颈。如何建立与市场需求相适应的人才培养体系,是当前必须解决的首要问题。本文分析了中职学校培养软件服务外包基础性操作人才的可行性;探索了此类人才的培养模式;并详细分析了"定单式"培养模式的具体实施方案。
In recent years, China＇s software outsourcing industry possessed a rapid development, but shortage in the characteristics of talent, unreasonable structure of talents has become the bottleneck of its development. How to set up and adapt the market demand for talent cultivation system, which is the primary problem must be solved. This paper ana lyzed the feasibility of cultivating basic operation software service outsourcing talents in secondary vocational schools ; The talent cultivation mode has been explored, and analyzed the concrete implementation plan of the ＂orderform＂ culti vation model in detail.
