摘要
文章在分析“订单教育”内涵和特征的基础上,探讨了高职酒店管理专业实施“订单教育”的具体做法,分析了取得的实际效果,指出了实践过程中存在的局限性。
Based on the analysis of the connotation and characteristics of order - list style education, the article discusses the actual practice of the hotel management program in the higher vocational - technical education. It analyzes the results of the education style. It also points out the restriction and limitation existed in the practice.
