摘要
基于"以饭店企业需求作为人才培养目标的导向"的基本理念,从系统学的角度整合4种教育要素:培养目标、实施主体、教学体系、质量控制,突出饭店人才培养应以"理论知识"和"实践技能"并重,构建饭店管理专业"双元"制人才培养模式,并对"双元"制人才培养模式的运行机制进行阐释。
Based on the idea Of "training hotel personnel according to needs of hotel", this paper tries to integrate the four educational elements, including training goal, education executer, teaching system, and quality control, and the emphasis is that "theoretical knowledge" and "practical skill" should both be trained, and it puts forwar^t hotel talents education mode, which is based on the double helix model. The most outstanding characteristic of this education mode is to emphasize on both theoretical knowledge and practical skill in hotel talents education.
