摘要
介绍了冷轧机工作辊接轴定位的控制原理,设计了一种速度连续调节的定位控制系统。应用效果表明,定位误差范围控制在3°以内,满足了自动换辊的精度要求。
Control principles for positioning spindles of work rolls of a cold rolling mill are introduced.The positioning control system with continuous adjusting speed is designed.Applicative effects of the system show that its positioning deviation is within 3 degrees and thus the system can meet the accuracy requirement for automatic work roll changing.
