摘要
用FX1N-40MR可编程控制器编写的铸造专用机械手的控制系统,利用MCGS组态软件制作人机对话界面,检验铸造专用机械手PLC控制系统的运行情况。实践证明,PLC可编程控制器和MCGS组态软件结合有利于PLC控制系统的设计、检测,具有良好的应用价值。
The control system of the special manipulator for casting is compiled with FX1N-40MR PLC.The Program on the interface of man-machine conversation is designed with MCGS configuration soft- ware.It is used to monitor the operation stares of PLC control system of the special manipulator for casting.The practice shows that the combination of the PLC control system and MCGS configurationsoftware are valuable for design, and testing, and application.
