血清NGAL浓度对肾脏疾病诊断的意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨血清中性粒细胞明胶酶相关性脂质运载蛋白(NGAL)对肾脏疾病诊断的意义。方法选择住院治疗的肾脏疾病患者61例(肾脏病组),对照组为同期体检人员145例(排除肾脏疾病、糖尿病和高血压)。用全自动生化分析仪,采用透射免疫比浊法,测定两组血清NGAL浓度;同时检测其他传统肾脏疾病指标,包括血肌酐(SCr)、尿素(Urea)、胱抑素C(Cys-C)、视黄醇结合蛋白(RBP)、尿酸(UA)。结果肾脏病组血清NGAL高于对照组[(151.1±47.8)μg/L vs.(92.6±24.8)μg/L](P<0.05),与SCr、Urea、Cys-C、RBP、UA的升高一致。对照组不同年龄及性别血清NGAL差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论血清NGAL可以作为肾脏疾病的诊断指标。
