摘要
根据生产实际,在对羊绒精梳短绒纤维性能测试分析的基础上,研究制定分梳除杂工艺。在充分去除杂质的同时,尽量保持和提高其可利用价值,使这部分资源得到进一步的加工利用。采用棉纺半精纺工艺,经棉纺设备进行仿羊绒腈纶/羊绒精梳短绒混纺纱加工实验,通过对纱线与织物性能指标测试,确认羊绒精梳短绒的充分加工利用切实可行,符合节约资源,绿色环保的经济发展要求。
Based on actual production,on the basis of the analysis on the cashmere combed short staple fiber performance testing,we study and formulate the carding purifying technology. In the full removal of impurities at the same time,we try to maintain and improve its utilization value. We make this part of the resources for further processing and utilization. What＇s more,by semi-worsted technology, the spun cashmere-like acrylic / short cashmere yarns were spun at the cotton spinning equipment. After a series properties test of yarns and fabrics,we show that a short cashmere processing and utilization practicable. We make it accord with the resource conservation and environmental protection demand of economic development.
