摘要 依据"相似相容"原理,选择浆料对珍珠长丝进行浆纱实验,采用正交设计的方法,研究制定浆液配方,分别对长丝进行上浆实验.根据实际生产对浆丝质量的要求,对浆丝的耐磨性进行测试.通过K值和极差R对测试结果进行分析、评价.结果表明,采用CP-L 1.5%、AS高性能淀粉1%的浆液配方对珍珠长丝上浆,浆丝的耐磨性较好. According to the principle of compatibility,size mixtures are selected and sizing tests are made.The method of orthogonal design is adopted,and the sizing formula is obtained.For those different formulas,sizing the filament respectively according to the quality requirements of sizing of practical production,the properties of sizing such as wear resistance are tested.The evaluation value of combined properties of sizing is obtained by K and range R to analyze the testing results.It is found that the combined properties of sizing can get good effect,especially the effect of wear resistance when replacing PVA by CP—L and the ratio of AS: CP—L1.5%,"AS"1%.
