摘要
目的:探讨卵巢子宫内膜异位症(EMs)患者在位、异位内膜组织及正常子宫内膜组织中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及血管生成素-2(Ang-2)、微血管密度(MVD)的表达情况及其相关性。方法:选取深圳龙岗中心医院2012年9月~12月间收集的EMs手术患者在位内膜和异位内膜组织71例为研究对象,同时选取66例正常子宫内膜组织为对照组,应用免疫组化二步法联合检测Ang-2、VEGF、CD 105的表达。结果:EMs患者在位、异位内膜组织、正常子宫内膜组织中VEGF及Ang-2、CD 105的阳性表达与对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);VEGF、Ang-2、CD 105阳性表达在异位、在位内膜及正常内膜组织中及各增生期与分泌期比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);VEGF、Ang-2、CD 105阳性表达在异位、在位内膜中均有相关性(P<0.05)。结论:Ang-2、VEGF、CD 105过度表达可能与EMs的发生和发展密切相关,并起协同作用。
Objective: To investigate the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) , angiogenin (Ang -2) and mierovascular density (MVD) in eutopic and ectopic endometrium of ovarian endometriosis (EMs) patients and normal endometrial tissue and their correlation. Methods: From September 2012 - December 2012, EMs patients in Longgang Central Hospital were selected, 71 cases of eutopic and eetopic endometrial tissue were collected as subjects, while 66 cases of normal endometrial tissue were selected as con- trois, expression of Ang - 2, VEGF and CD 105 were detected by two - step immunohistochemieal method. Results: The positive expres- sion of VEGF, Ang- 2 and CDI05 in eutopic, ectopic and normal endometrium of EMs patients was statistically different from the control group (P 〈 0. 05) ; the positive expression of VEGF, Ang- 2, CDI05 in these tissues was statistically significant in different hyperplasia period and secretory phase (P 〈0.05) ; the positive expression of VEGF, Ang-2, CD105 in ectopic and eutopie endometrial tissue had correlation (P 〈 0.05 ) . Conclusion: Ang- 2, VEGF, CD105 excessive expression may be closely related to occurrence and development of EMs, and play a synergistic role.
