摘要
目的:观察复方莪术散预防子宫内膜异位症术后复发的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析我科2015年1月—2016年1月收治的92例子宫内膜异位症患者,将其按照不同的治疗方法平均分成对照组与观察组各46例,对照组采用西药达菲林治疗,观察组采用复方莪术散治疗,对比两组患者治疗后的临床效果、体内雌二醇水平、不良反应情况。结果:治疗后,对照组患者缓解24例,改善14例,复发8例,总有效率为82.6%,复发率为17.4%;观察组患者缓解36例,改善8例,复发2例,总有效率为95.7%,复发率为4.3%;治疗后两组总有效率差异显著(χ2=13.146,P=0.001),具有统计学意义;对比两组患者治疗后的疼痛评分,差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者雌二醇的浓度无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后1个月,对照组为(61.5±21.7)pmol/L,观察组为(325.5±210.1)pmol/L,两组间具有显著差异(P<0.05);治疗3个月后,对照组为(48.9±14.2)pmol/L,观察组为(323.5±209.2)pmol/L,两组间具有显著差异(P<0.05)。对照组患者的不良反应发生率为43.5%,观察组患者的不良反应发生率为19.6%,对比两组差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方莪术散预防子宫内膜异位症术后复发的临床疗效显著,可缓解患者的痛经程度,对患者体内雌激素无明显影响;不良反应情况较少,值得推广与应用。
Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of Compound Rhizoma Curcumae Powder in preventing the recurrence of endometriosis after surgery. Methods：a retrospective analysis of our department in January 2015 to 2016 January 92 cases of endometriosis patients,according to the different treatment methods are divided into control group and observation group,each group of 46 cases,the control group was treated with western medicine in the treatment of diphereline. Observation group use Compound Rhizoma Curcumae Powder in the treatment,the clinical effect of the patients in two groups after treatment were compared,in estradiol levels,adverse reactions. Results：After treatment,control group patients in remission（n=24）and improve the 14 cases,recurrence in 8 cases,the total efficiency of 82.6%,the recurrence rate was 17.4%;observation group 36 cases of remission,improvement in 8 cases,recurrence in 2 cases,the total efficiency of 95.7%,the recurrence rate was 4.3%. After treatment,two groups of the total efficiency of significant difference（χ2=13.146,P=0.001）,with statistical significance;the two groups were compared after treatment pain score,significant difference there was statistical significance（P〈0.05）;before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups of patients with the concentration of estradiol（P〈0.05）,1 months after treatment,the control group was（61.5±21.7）pmol/L,the observation group was（325.5±210.1）pmol/L,there was significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）;after 3 months of treatment,control group is（48.9±14.2）pmol/L,the observation group was（323.5±209.2）pmol/L,there was significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）. The control group of patients with adverse reaction rate was 43.5%,the observation group of patients with adverse reaction rate was 19.6%.
