摘要
烧结厂主抽风机起动对电网有较大的冲击。起动过程中继电保护要求较高,不仅需要有效的保护设备,还要能躲过大起动电流,在起动过程中继电保护也不应有错误动作。本文以土耳其300m2烧结机工程施工现场主抽风机调试过程为例,对风机启动设备的设置和启动过程进行分析。
The starting process of the main exhaust fan of a sinter plant is characterized by large starting torque, long starting process and big starting current. Therefore the start of the main extract fan will have a larger impact on the grid. The relay protection is highly required. The relay protection is required not only to protect the equipment effectively, but also to avoid large starting current without malfunction of relay protection during starting. This paper analyzes the setting and starting process of exhaust fan starting equipment focusing on the main exhaust fan commissioning process on the construction site of a 300m2 sinter project in Turkey.
