对一起因继电保护设计不妥造成柳钢全公司停电的重大电气事故进行了全面分析 ,并提出了相应的改进措施。
The thorough analysis was made on the serious electric accident leading in outage of Liuzhou Iron & Steel Co. because of incorrect design of relaying protection devices.Corresponding improving measures were offered.
