摘要
由于钢丝绳悬挂移动系统具有较为复杂的动态特性,所以其控制系统的设计对于系统的平稳运行显得非常重要。采用步进电机作为系统的驱动装置,以通用数据采集卡作为硬件控制器,应用LabVIEW图形化语言设计基于PC机的控制系统,要求该控制系统能够根据驱动控制的要求,精确控制悬挂系统的速度、位置、限位等物理量。详细介绍了硬件系统和人机界面。在物理原型样机上进行了试验,结果表明:该系统能够满足系统驱动的要求。
A controller design is important to the smooth working of rope suspension mobile systems for its complex dynamic characteristics. A stepper motor was used as the drive unit, a data acquisition card as the monitoring & control unit. The PC-based control system was designed with LabVIEW: a graphical programming language. The velocity, position and stroke of the suspension system could be accurately controlled by the controller according to the requirement of drive and control. The hardware and the man- machine interface were described in detail. The experiments were carried out on a physical prototype. The results illustrate that the controller can meet the requirements of the drive system.
