摘要
吊重摆角是起重机智能电子式防摇系统的重要输入参数之一。为了避免当今市场上摆角测量方法在具体使用中的一些限制,文章研究利用加速度计分别测量小车、吊重所受的加速度,并通过两次积分后的差值,来计算小车和吊重的水平位置偏差,再利用该偏差值和吊绳长度来计算吊重的摆角。
Cranes swinging angle is one of the important input parameters of intelligent electronic anti-sway system.In order to avoid the restrictions of present swinging angle measurement method,accelerometers are used to measure the acceleration of the load and the trolley,and then through the difference between the two-time integrals with respect to time to get the horizontal position deviation between the load and the trolley.Finally using the deviation and the rope length to calculate the swinging angle.
