摘要
简要阐述现阶段高职教育的要求,分析食品微生物检验技术课程传统教学方法中存在的弊端,将基于工作过程的教学方法应用于该课程教学过程、教材开发和考核方法等改革中,并取得较好的应用效果。
The present higher vocational education requirements are briefly described, and defects existing in the tradition teaching method of food microbiology inspection technique are analyzed. On this base, the teaching methods based on the working process are applied in the reforms of the teaching process, teaching material development and assessment method, and good results have been achieved.
