摘要
高等职业教育的目标是培养技能型应用人才,而技能型应用人才的培养关键在于实践。青岛滨海学院国际贸易实务专业在人才培养过程中,以"学做合一"的思想为指导,以职业能力为主线,构建"多重层级"模块式课程体系,而每一门专业核心课程的教学都由相关外贸业务项目导入、真题假做、课外实训三个模块构成,突出能力培养。同时,按照"以实务、案例、问题、流程为主"设计课程实训教学内容,构建"模块化、组合型、进阶式"实践教学体系,实现课内实训、校内实训室实训、顶岗实习与综合性毕业设计环节的有机结合,培养学生国际贸易岗位操作能力。
The main objective of higher vocational education is to cultivate applied skills talents,and practice is the key for cultivating applied skills talents.In the process of talent cultivation,the international business practice specialty of Qingdao Binhai College has built the ＂multi-level＂ modularized curriculum system taking ＂integration of learning and doing＂ as the guidance and taking professional abilities as the main clue,and the teaching of every specialty core course is composed of three modules including introducing relative foreign business,doing true subjects artificially and practice training outside classroom teaching,and the cultivation of abilities was stood out.Meanwhile,the practice teaching contents were designed according to the procedure of ＂taking practice,case,problem and procedure as the main clue＂,and the modularized,organized and advanced practice teaching system was built.The objectives of effective combination of practice training inside classroom teaching,practice training in outside training office,post practice and comprehensive graduation design were achieved,etc.
