摘要
在高频振动筛中,物料随筛箱沿抛射角方向做简谐运动。物料在筛面上的运动状态与筛子的工作参数有密切的关系,通过对高频振动筛筛面上物料的合理性假设和分析,简述了筛面上物料颗粒的跳起条件,并对抛射强度进行了分析计算,确定了其取值范围,为高频振动筛的设计及筛分效率的提高提供了可靠的理论依据。
In the high-frequency vibrating screen, the materials perform simple harmonic motion in the throwing an- gle. The motion of materials on the screen is closely related to the working parameters of the screen. Through reasonable as- sumption and analysis for the materials on the high-frequency vibrating screen, the paper describes the jump conditions of material particles, and analysis calculation for the throwing strength, to determine its value range, which can provide relia- ble theoretic basis for design of high-frequency vibrating screen and improvement of screening efficiency.
