摘要
为提高工作效率,降低能耗,有必要对残膜筛分装置做进一步深入研究。为此,分别从振动筛的装置结构及运动、物料运动、结构参数及工作参数、风筛式气流场等四个方面阐述当前的研究现状。指出振动筛的发展趋势,并建议研究时应该考虑的问题,为进一步分析研究残膜分离振动筛提供参考。
To improve efficiency and reduce energy consumption,it is necessary to do further research for the plastic film screening device.The current research status of vibrating screen were described from four aspects respectively,including device structure and movement,materials movement,structural and operating parameters,and wind screens airflow field.The development trend of the vibrating screen was pointed out,and the issue which should be considered was suggested,which provides a reference for the further analysis and study on the vibrating screen of plastic film residue separation.
