摘要
通过设置Hoagland完全营养液与缺镁营养液2种培养处理,测定了红叶石楠的老绿叶和新展开红叶的叶绿素荧光诱导动力学参数。主要测定F0、Fm、Fv/Fm、ETR、qN、ΦPSⅡ这6个参数并比较其在绿叶和红叶中的差异。结果表明,缺镁处理使红叶石楠叶片PSⅡ关闭程度增加、光能转换和电子传递效率降低,过剩的激发能增加;缺镁处理对绿叶的关闭程度更低,用于光化学反应的能量更低。
Setting Hoagland completely nutrient and Shortage magnesium two different trainings on the Chlorophyll Fluorescence of the green leaf and red leaf of Photinia frased, Including Fo, Fm, Fv/Fm,ETR,qN and ФPS Ⅱ six parameters and compares the differences between the two different leaves. Results show that Shortage Phosphorus Stress intensify the PS Ⅱ Closure and Inactivation,and reduce the electronic transfer efficiency,reducing excess ex-citation can be increased, green leaf of the closure of Mg deficiency treatment on the extent of more lower,lower energy for the photochemical reaction.
