长时间镁胁迫对芹菜叶绿素荧光特性与抗氧化能力的影响

摘要 为研究长时间镁缺乏和镁过量胁迫对芹菜叶绿素荧光特性和抗氧化系统的影响,以美国西芹为材料,采用水培方式,以日本山崎全营养液为对照(CK,1.0 mmol·L^(-1)Mg^(2+)),设镁缺乏(0、0.5 mmol·L^(-1))和镁过量(2.5 mmol·L^(-1))处理,处理65 d后测定芹菜的叶绿素含量、叶绿素荧光参数和抗氧化相关指标。结果表明:镁缺乏和镁过量胁迫均导致芹菜叶片的叶绿素含量、PSⅡ最大光化学效率(F_(v)/F_(m))、光化学猝灭系数(qP)、光化学猝灭(qL)、光合电子传递速率(ETR)、单位反应中心吸收光能(ABS/RC)、单位面积吸收的光能(ABS/CSm)显著降低,J点相对可变荧光(V_(j))、单位反应中心耗散能量(DIo/RC)、单位面积热耗散能量(DIo/CSm)均显著升高,OJIP曲线发生明显变形;镁过量胁迫导致以吸收光能为基础的性能指数(PI abs)、从Q_(A)到Q_(B)的电子传输通量的量子产率(φE_(o))均显著降低,非光化学猝灭系数(qN)显著升高。镁过量胁迫时芹菜叶片的苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)、肉桂酸羟化酶(C4H)和4-香豆酰-辅酶A连接酶(4CL)的活性均显著增强,类黄酮含量显著升高。镁缺乏和镁过量胁迫时芹菜叶片和叶柄的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)的活性均显著降低,丙二醛(MDA)、脯氨酸(Pro)和过氧化氢(H_(2)O_(2))含量均显著升高。镁缺乏胁迫时芹菜叶片的过氧化物酶(POD)活性显著增强,超氧阴离子含量显著降低。镁过量胁迫对芹菜叶绿素荧光特性和抗氧化能力的影响显著大于镁缺乏胁迫。 In order to study the effects of long-term magnesium deficiency and magnesium excess stress on chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics and antioxidant system of celery,American celery was used as the material,and the Yamazaki total nutrient solution was used as the control(CK,1.0 mmol·L^(-1)Mg^(2+)),magnesium deficiency(0,0.5 mmol·L^(-1))and magnesium excess(2.5 mmol·L^(-1))treatments were set.After 65 days of treatment,the chlorophyll content,chlorophyll fluorescence parameters and antioxidant related indicators of celery were determined.The results showed that the chlorophyll content,the maximum photochemical efficiency(F_(v)/F_(m))of PSⅡ,the photochemical quenching coefficient(qP),the photochemical quenching(qL),the photosynthetic electron transfer rate(ETR),the light energy absorbed per unit reaction center(ABS/RC)and the light energy absorbed per unit area(ABS/CSm)of celery leaves were significantly reduced by magnesium deficiency and magnesium excess stress,while the relative variable fluorescence(V_(j))of J point,the dissipated energy per unit reaction center(DIo/RC),the thermal dissipation energy per unit area(DIo/CSm)were significantly increased,and the OJIP curve was significantly deformed.Excessive magnesium leads to the performance index(PI abs)based on the absorption of light energy,and the quantum yield of the electron transport flux from Q_(A) to Q_(B)(φE_(o))significantly decreased,and non-photochemical quenching(qN)significantly increased.The activities of phenylalanine ammonia-lyase(PAL),cinnamate hydroxylase(C4H),4-coumaryl coenzyme A ligase(4CL)and the content of flavonoids in celery leaves were significantly increased under magnesium excess stress.The activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT)and ascorbic acid peroxidase(APX)in celery leaves and petioles decreased significantly under deficiency and excess stress of magnesium,while the contents of malondialdehyde(MDA),proline(Pro)and hydrogen peroxide(H_(2)O_(2))increased significantly.The peroxidase(POD)activity of celery le
