摘要
目的分析广西免费婚检政策实施状况，并对其效果进行评价，为完善广西婚检政策提供参考。方法采用描述性统计分析方法，对2010—2012年广西免费婚检情况进行统计分析。结果2010～2012年广西婚检率分别为68．49％（657869／960550）、94．12％（874075／928688）和96．95％（899744／928008）；婚检率由实施免费婚检前（2008～2009年）的40％左右，上升到2012年的96．95％；而出生缺陷发生率由免费婚检前（2009年）的20．64％o，下降到2012年的11．86％o。结论免费婚检政策是提高婚检率的有效方法，能够及早发现影响婚育疾患，有效降低出生缺陷发生率。
Objective To analyze the implementation status of free premarital medical examination policies in Guangxi and evaluate its effects to provide the references for the improvement of Guangxi premarital medical examination policy. Methods Descriptive statistical analysis method was adopted to make an analysis on the status of free premarital medical examination in Guangxi from 2010 to 2012. Results From 2010 to 2012,the rates of premarital medical examination in Guangxi were 68.49% （657 869/960 550） ,94. 12% （874 075/928 688） and 96.95% （899 744/928 008） respectively. The rate of premarital medical examination increased to 96.95% in 2012,which was about 40% during the years（2008 -2009） when the policy had not been implemented. And the incidence of birth defects decreased to 11.86%o in 2012,which was 20.64 %o before 2009 when the policy had not been implemented. Conclusion Free premarital medical examination policy is an effective way to improve the rate of premarital medical examination, which may benefit the detection of obstetrical diseases early and effectively reduce the incidence of birth defects.
