钕改性固体酸S_2O_8^(2-)/ZrO_2催化花生壳制备乙酰丙酸工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 利用超声波联合稀碱液对原料花生壳进行预处理,制备了复合不同钕摩尔含量的稀土固体超强酸S2O82-/ZrO2-Nd2O3,研究了其在花生壳水解制备乙酰丙酸反应中的催化作用。实验发现钕含量为5%的固体酸催化性能最佳。在单因素实验基础上,选取水解温度、水解时间、固体酸用量为考察因素,采用响应面分析法确定了最优水解工艺条件为水解温度230℃、水解时间35min、固体酸用量6.3%,在此条件下乙酰丙酸产率为32.17%。 Peanut shells were pretreated by ultrasonic and dilute alkali jointly. Rare earth modified solid su- peracids S2O2-8ZrO2-Nd2 O3 composed of different molar content of neodymium were prepared and their cat- alytic performance in the reaction of peanut shells to levulinic acid(LA), were studied. The experimenl re- sults showed that the catalytic property of solid acid was the best with 5% neodymium. On the basis of single factor experiment, response surface analysis was applied to determine the optimum technological conditions. The optimal conditions were as follows: hydrolysis temperature 230℃, hydrolysis time 35 rain, and the amount of solid acid 6.3%. Under these conditions, the LA yield could reach 32.17%.
