摘要 糖尿病足是糖尿病患者足部或下肢组织破坏的一种病理状态，如溃疡、骨及关节病变乃至所引起的坏疽等，是下肢血管病变、神经病变和感染共同作用的结果。后期往往伴随严重的肢体缺血，药物治疗效果差，
