An Examination of Teachers' Professional Development Characteristics of Different Levels of Professional Identity——Based on the Research on Teachers' Professional Identification in Some Primary and Middle Schools in Beijing

摘要 教师职业认同的构成要素分解为职业价值认同、职业情感认同、职业行为认同三个维度。不同职业认同水平的教师所处专业发展时期有所不同,特点不一:分别呈现"生存关注"、"任务关注"特点或"自我更新"的专业发展取向特点。 The three constituent elements of teachers' professional identity are professional value identity, professional emotional identity and professional behavior identity. Different levels of teachers' professional identity is corresponding to special professional development period with specific characteristics, such as the survival concern, the task concern or self-renewal of professional development-oriented features.
