摘要
塔里木库车山前气井的超高温超高压超深特点使油套管的安全性面临着严峻的挑战,传统的油套管校核方法难以适应三超气井的设计要求。为此,对Wellcat软件进行了深入挖潜,发现通过油套管的安全校核,可以对压裂液、完井液、油管等因素进行参数优化,确定最佳的完井液密度和压裂液参数,给出最优化的油管配置,合理控制泵压、排量和油套压等参数,达到优化完井设计的目的。WELLCAT软件不仅提高了油套管校核的精度和效率,而且能对试油完井的参数设计进行系统优化,确保试油完井作业过程的井筒完整性。
The characteristics of ultratemperature ultrapressure ultradeep(three ultra) gas well in Tarim Kuche area make the safety of tubing and casing facing stern challenge.The traditional tubing and casing safety check is difficult to meet the design requests of three ultra gas well.So,through studying the Wellcat software,the results were found that safety check of tubing and casing by using the Wellcat software could optimize the parameters of fracture fluid and completion fluid and tubing,and determine the best completion fluid density and parameters of fracturing fluid,and give the most optimum tubing configuration and rational control of pump pressure and injection rate and pressure of tubing and casing,to reach the aim of optimizing completion design.The Wellcat software could enhance the pre-cision and efficiency of tubing and casing safety check,and could also systematically optimize the design parameters of oil test and completion,to ensure the wellbore integrity during the oil test and completion.
