摘要
根据低输量原油管道清管作业的特点,研究低输量管道清管器的选用和安全性校核,给出了计算方法。清管工作之前,根据低输量管线的运行条件和积蜡情况,选择适当的清管器种类和尺寸。通过计算清管器可能受到的最大阻力、管道能提供的压差、清管器受到最大压力和清管器旁通流量等参数,来对清管作业进行安全性校核。为含蜡原油管道现场清管操作提供了理论论据,使清管作业能够更加安全有效地进行。
Through analyzing the character of low - throughput crude oil pipeline pigging, the pig selection and safety check method were studied. The appropriate pig must be selected in accordance with the wax deposit and operating conditions in low - throughput crude oil pipeline before pigging. And this pigging safety should be checked through calculating the pig resistance, maximum pipeline pressure, and bypass area. It will give pipeline managers a reference, and help them make the pigs running more safely.
