摘要
等井径膨胀套管技术是石油天然气领域的一个重大突破,也是膨胀套管技术和井身结构的发展方向,文章介绍了一种等井径膨胀套管系统的原理和技术优势,阐述了等井径膨胀套管系统的关键结构。该系统可以在钻井过程中作为应急措施封堵复杂地层,实现无内径损失钻进,不仅可作为补救措施,也可成为钻井设计中考虑的技术手段之一,从而优化和完善井身结构。该技术已在复杂井中进行应急应用,取得良好的技术效果,建议在我国加快该项技术的研发和提高应用水平。
MonoHole expandable casing technology is a major breakthrough of oil and natural gas field,it also is the development direction of the expandable casing technology in the world.The technology could plug the complex formation as a emergency measure,which could retain the same hole internal diameter during the drilling,as a result optimize and improve the hole structure.The principle and technical advantage of MonoHole expandable casing technology were introduced,the structure and emergency application of MonoHole expandable casing system were also expatiated.
