摘要
目前的膨胀工具对膨胀管的螺纹接头不能实现高膨胀率。设计的变径膨胀工具由6个能够相互运动的膨胀块组成,能够径向收缩、胀大,主要用于膨胀实体管和筛管。锥角关系到轴向膨胀力和膨胀管的残余应力,以内径160 mm的膨胀管膨胀到内径196 mm为例,利用有限元软件对变径膨胀工具进行了结构优化,10°锥角角度较好,还优化设计了该工具的长度及厚度。理论研究和计算机仿真表明,该工具能够使内径160 mm的膨胀管的内径胀大22.5%,达到该膨胀管的最大膨胀率。
The existing expansion tool could not achieve high expandable ratio. The designed diameter variable one consists of six interacted expanding blocks and is capable of radial shrink or expand, which is mainly used in expanding tubular and screen. The relationship cone angle solve the problem that the threaded coupling of expandable tubular could, this paper design variable di- ameter expansion tool based on mechanical principle, the variable diameter expandable tool is consisted of six expandable blocks which can move mutually, so it can radial shrink or expand. This paper takes expandable tubular which expanded from ID 160mm to ID 196mm as a example, optimize the structure of variable diameter expansion tool by finite element software. The theoretical research and computer simulation shows that Variable diameter expansion tool is feasible, its structure is advisable, it can meet the variable diameter expandable need.
