Effect of EDTA on Remediation of Heavy-metal Combined Pollution Soil in Lead-zinc Mining Area by Houttuynia cordata Thunb

摘要 采用土壤盆栽试验,通过外源添加EDTA(0,2,4,8mmol/kg)的方法,研究鱼腥草对Pb、Zn、Cu、Cd、Cr五种重金属元素的吸收、转移、富集特性,并确定适宜的EDTA调控浓度。结果表明,2mmol/kgEDTA处理,鱼腥草体内Pb、Zn、Cu、Cd和Cr含量分别达到601.70,305.40,22.31,0.242和28.51mg/kg,分别为对照的11.60,7.82,2.50,3.08和0.17倍,在此EDTA处理浓度下,鱼腥草对Pb、Zn、Cu、Cd的富集系数达最大值,对Pb、Zn、Cu的转移系数达最大值,表明适量EDTA的添加可促进鱼腥草体内Pb、Zn、Cu、Cd向地上部位转移,增强鱼腥草对Pb、Zn、Cu、Cd的吸收富集能力,其中对Pb、Zn的吸收富集能力大于Cu、Cd,但减弱了鱼腥草各部位对Cr的富积能力。添加2mmol/kg EDTA对鱼腥草累积重金属的效果优于4mmol/kg EDTA处理,是较为适宜的调控浓度,8mmol/kg EDTA对鱼腥草的生长发育有较大毒害作用。 The experiment was carried out in the soil of combined pollution of various heavy metals in Lead- zinc mining area of Ganluo county to study the effects of adding EDTA on lead, zinc, copper, cadmium and chromium in Houttuynia cordata Thunb. The method was carried out a pot experiment indoor adding EDTA (0, 2, 4, 8 mmol/kg) to learn the mobilization of these five elements in soil and their uptake by Houttuynia cordata Thunb. Finally it gave an determination of the appropriate EDTA concentration for regulation. The major results were summarized as follows: The content of Pb, Zn, Cu, Cd, Cr in the body of Houttuynia cordata Thunb that adding 2 mmol/kg EDTA reached 601.70, 305.40, 22.31, 0. 242, 28.51 mg/kg, which were 11.60, 7.82, 2.50, 3.08, 0.17 times higher than that in the control, respectively. The enrichment fac- tor of Pb, Zn, Cu, Cd in Houttuynia cordata Thunb reached maximum value and Pb, Zn, Cu migration coef- ficient reached the maximum value at 2 mmol/kg EDTA. Application of the appropriate amount of EDTA could promote the transfer of Pb, Zn, Cu, Cd in Houttuynia cordata Thunb from roots to the aboveground, as well as enhancing the accumulation ability of Houttuynia cordata Thunb, and the enrichment capability of Pb, Zn were greater than that of Cu, Cd. In contrary, adding 2 mmol/kg EDTA alleviated the accumulation ability of Cr in the Houttuynia cordata Thunb. The effects of mobilization of heavy metals in Houttuynia cordata Thunb which adding 2 mmol/kg EDTA was better than that adding 4 mmol/kg EDTA. And the lev el of 2 mmol/kg EDTA was the appropriate concentration for regulation. The level of 8 mmol/kg EDTA was quite harmful to the plant.
