吉兰-巴雷综合征相关抗神经节苷脂抗体研究进展 被引量：12

摘要 吉兰-巴雷综合征（Guillian—Barre’Sydrome，GBS）是继脊髓灰质炎后引起人类迟缓性瘫痪的常见原因，多为四肢对称性无力，腱反射减弱或消失，发病后1～2w腰穿检查可见蛋白-细胞分离。GBS的发病机制目前尚不明确，但大部分学者认为前驱感染的细菌和病毒与人类周围神经的神经节苷脂结构类似，通过分子模拟机制致病，
