摘要
近年来已有大量资料显示轴索型吉兰-巴雷综合征与多种神经节苷脂抗体，如抗 GMl、GDIa、GMIb 和GalNAc-GDla 等抗体关系密切；空肠弯曲菌前驱感染与轴索型吉兰-巴雷综合征的关系也引起广泛关注。另外，已经公认 GQlb 抗体与 Miller Fisher 综合征(吉兰-巴雷综合征的变体)的关系稳定，尤其 GQlb-IgG 抗体可作为MFS 的特异性标志。认为抗神经节苷脂抗体可能在吉兰-巴雷综合征发病中起重要作用。
