摘要
采用低温水溶液法合成三水碳酸镁晶体,考查了反应溶液Mg2+初始浓度、NH4HCO3初始浓度对三水碳酸镁晶体的形貌及晶须产品长度及长径比的影响。结果表明,在无添加剂的条件下,NH4HCO3初始浓度对三水碳酸镁晶体结晶形貌具有重要影响,在Mg2+初始浓度为0.5 mol/L,(Mg2+)∶(NH4HCO3)=1∶2,反应温度为50℃、反应时间50 min条件下,可以合成出高长径比的三水碳酸镁晶须产品。
Low-temperature aqueous solution polymerization was applied to synthetize the nesquehonite whisker. The initial concentration of Mg^2+ and NH4HCO3 impact on the morphology and the aspect ratios of nesquehonite whisker was researched. The results suggest that it is possible to synthetize the high aspect ratios nesquehonite whisker without the additives at 50 ℃, under the initial concentration of Mg^2+ 0.5 moL/L , ( Mg^2+ ) : ( NH4HCO3 ) = 1 : 2 with 50 min.
