摘要
以无水MgCl2为原料、KCl为助熔剂,分段灼烧制备出直径1~5μm、长50~2000μm的氧化镁晶须。通过对晶须形态的分析及氧化镁晶体结晶习性的研究,推测晶须本体的生长与晶须头部的生长是2个不连续的过程,氧化镁晶须合成的初期是以VLS机制进行,在合成后期,由VLS机制变成VS机制。
Magnesia whiskers with a diameter of 1-5 μm and a length of 50~2 000 μm were synthesized via calcination at different stages,using anhydrous magnesium chloride as raw material and potassium chloride as flux.Morphologies of whiskers and crystal habit of MgO showed that the growth of whisker's body and top were two discontinuous processes.At initial stage,MgO whiskers were grown through VLS mechanism,and then VS later.
