摘要
目的探讨阿霉素(ADR)蓄积作用对兔血清细胞炎性因子的影响,为慢性心衰模型的建立提供理论依据。方法新西兰兔30只,随机分成正常对照组、模型4周组和模型8周组,每组10只。模型4、8周组:耳缘静脉注射ADR(1.0mg/kg,用生理盐水配制成1.0mg/ml溶液),每周2次,共4、8周;正常对照组:注射相同体积生理盐水。于末次注射7天后检测各组兔血清肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素1(IL-1)和白细胞介素6(IL-6)的浓度变化。结果与正常对照组相比,模型两组血清TNF-α、IL-1和IL-6浓度较正常对照组明显升高(P<0.05或P<0.01),且模型8周组较模型4周组升高更为明显(P<0.01)。结论阿霉素常规剂量长期静脉注射4、8周可致兔血清细胞炎性因子明显变化,可用于慢性心衰模型的制作。
Objective To study the effects of adriamycin on serum cytokines in rabbits on serum cytokines in rabbit and provide a considerable model for chronic heart failure. Methods 30 rabbits were randomly divided into 3 groups., the model four weeks group(n= 10) and model eight weeks group(n= 10) were intravenous injection of adriamycin at the do- ses of lmg/kg twice weekly for four or eight weeks, the control group(n= 10) received an equivalent volume of 0.9 % so- dium chloride. 7 days after the final injection of each group, the serum tumor necrosis factor,interleukin-1 and interleukin- 6 were be evaluated. Results Compared to the control group, the serum cytokines increased obviously. Concision Chro- nic administration of intravenous adriamycin to rabbit for 4 or 8 weeks can rise the serum cytokines , a model of chronic heart failure can be made by adriamycin.
